Work Principle
Owing to the high mobility of liquid sludge, plenty of free water, no compressive capacity, so first it enters into the gravity dehydration, remove the free water, reduce the liquidity of the sludge, and produce high binding force between particles and floccules, and then come into the wedge preloading dehydration stage. After sludge be dehydrated through gravity, its liquidity is almost completely lost, and make preparation for the cyclotron dehydration and shear dehydration. After sludge dewatering and wedge dehydration process through gravity, moisture in free water and floccules can be basically removed, and it will enter the cyclotron dehydration, improve the tension of the net belt gradually and form gradually dehydrated through of swing rod diameter. When the mud in mesh belt enter into the smaller diameter roller body, squeezing force produced by belt tensile force put in between up and down symmetric belt, and do dehydration treatment by the shear force produced by the different direction of rotation.
