At first, waste paper will be conveyed into D type hydrapulper for pulping.

Secondly, pulp will be conveyed into High density cleaner for removing heavy impurities in paper pulp.

Thirdly, Vibrating screen will be used for removing various impurities in paper pulp.

Then, inclined screen will be used for pulp washing and thickening.

Lastly, pulp will be conveyed into Double disc refiner for improving the beating degree and finished pulp quality. After that, the pulp will be conveyed into Egg tray molding machine.
