What are the advantages and disadvantages of Fiber Separator and Coarse Screen?

Both fiber separator and coarse screen can be used for screening and removing impurities in recycled paper processing line. However, the two types of paper pulping machineries have their respective advantages.

Under the same output condition, coarse screen equipment has low power ratio, small mesh selection, so that it is more energy-saving and get better quality slurry. Separator is mainly used for removing tailings in coarse screen, fiber separator have secondary breaking rotor and sieve plate and it can be used for breaking and screening of tailings in coarse screen.
